  Would give zero stars if I could! Went to this location just now. After 20 minutes of waiting, they tried to seat our party of 5 at a table that was clearly only for 4 people. We then sat waiting for another table when they seated a party of 6 that showed up after us along with at least 15 other people that arrived after us as well. We walked out after waiting a total of 40 minutes. The way the employees handled the situation and request was horrible as well, made it seem as though we were a bother. Need better service!!

  Nick the General Manager of this location operates an awesome restaurant and I wish all Chili's were run by the standards he sets at this location. The entire crew works hard to create an amazing dining experience. The restaurant is always clean and staffed by outstanding servers. The Chili's menu at this location is still great and hasn't transitioned into the totally new and not so great menu that newer locations have switched to. We no longer live in the McHenry area but we ate at this Chili's location weekly for 6 year's and it is by far the best Chili's in the chain.
