  Used to go here every morning due to working across the street, my order is not complicated but they seem to make it wrong about 75% of the time. What's hard about "Large Cold brew, 2 cream NO SUGAR!!!" which is what I said every time. What do I get? 25 cream and 5 packets of sugar which I throw away. I've gotten the wrong coffee about 75% of the time and I'm sick of you wasting my money or having to come back for a replacement. You'll never have my business again.
  Oh ya, blond beard guy double charged me once and they couldn't even get the money returned at all.
  Spanish girl who calls everyone sweety or honey thinks 2 creams means 20 creams.
  What is so hard about your job? Maybe they just need to hire some people who can listen to an order and make it correctly.
  I'll never be back again

  I go to this location every morning and ask for regular cream cheese on my bagel. The last 3 visits they have put low fat cream cheese on my bagel which i ended throwing out. You can taste the difference and come to find out they were out of reg cheese and tried passing this off to how many customers?? I will never go there again

  The staff are nice people from my experiences but couldn't get orders correct. I would go here at least 3 times a week sometimes more for morning coffee, and something to eat. I will never go back to this location. They would consistently get my orders wrong. It was usually one day out of the week they would get my order correct. Sad really it's not even 50%.
  
  It's not like I would have complicated orders either simple actually. It's not like I was a jerk or anything that would deserve such service either. I was really nice clear and polite with the staff.
  
  What really did it for me was when I ordered a big n toasted without bacon, and then recieved a big n toasted with extra bacon. It was like a slap in the face because they knew the order, and I was asked about the bacon. In addition to my drink of choice iced carmel Latee that I would order was usually wrong. I couldn't help but think how do you consistently mess up an iced carmel Latte? Well they managed to.
