  Not a good experience. Went to watch Bears game today, and the bar experienced problems with their satellite connection twice. Second time it went out completely. No apology from management, no notification from management as to when, or if, they would get reception. The only words were we have Direct TV, and we got the best deal possible. Huge disappoint, people started to leave. What bar uses Direct TV .... completely unreliable. Lost our business today!

  Being in the service industry you gain an understanding of customs and procedures that should be kept to give your patrons a welcoming experience. Steer clear of this establishment. Not welcoming in the slightest. My step father had to send back his un cooked, over salted, and sloppy beef sandwich with dry french fries. Was offered something else but wasn't hungry after tasting whatever that attempted to be. It was taken off the bill of course but no manager ever stopped by to ask how it was, to offer a gift card to try and possibly get repeat customers, or perhaps offer to buy the tab. So, you have much better options to eat out somewhere else and give your money to a business that appreciates it.
