  I have been going into Reese's since they opened doors. I go in there monthly now to get cat food. Love supporting a small local business.

  I own two big dogs and have been going there at least once or twice a month for the past 7 years. Everytime I go to check out, the owner ALWAYS asks for my name. Not sure if I was having a bad day, but ever since that incident, everytime I would get asked my name I would get more and more annoyed to the point I changed stores.
  
  I am a union worker and believe in keeping my moeny locally. Try to help the smaller businesses as much as possible. I felt very disrespected by her not knowing my name for some reason. You'd think that after 7 years of going there once or twice a month she would remember. I know it sounds small and petty, but it just rubs me the wrong way now. Another example is when she weighs out the home made treats, she makes sure you get EXACTLY what you asked for. Like when I asked for a pound of cooikes, she made sure the scale read 1.00 lbs. If the scale read 1.03 lbs., she would make sure to take out treats like it would put her out of business.
  
  I found out another local pet shop in town sells the same food, so I've been going there for the past 2 months. My silly dogs should live at least another solid 3 years (hopefully many more) so this new store will receive my money instead.
